If you choose to send an WordsofSeductioncom card, but not to become a member of WordsofSeductioncom, you must provide your email address and the email address of the recipient. Because we are committed to protecting your privacy, WordsofSeductioncom will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose this information to any third party. We maintain your personal information as private to the best of our ability.
Membership information - collection and use:
If you choose to become a member of WordsofSeductioncom, you will be required to provide current, complete and accurate personal identifying information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, age, phone number, banking or Credit Card information, username and password. *Upon signup, we receive a copy of this information from iBill.com, our authorized salesagent (http://www.iBill.com). Because we are committed to protecting your privacy, WordsofSeductioncom will not sell or rent such personal information to any third party.
Communication:
We reserve the right to send all members of our service email communications from time to time regarding updates, changes to the service, technical or administrative issues, legal notices, or other important information about our site and our products and services that we consider essential to the provision of the WordsofSeductioncom service. Members are not able to unsubscribe from these announcements that contain important information about the WordsofSeductioncom.
What information is shared?
WordsofSeductioncom is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. WordsofSeductioncom does share non-personal, non-individual information in aggregate form with third parties for business purposes, such as with future advertisers on our site. For example, we may tell our business partners how many customers in certain geographic areas sent egreetings. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person in any way.

Legal requirements and investigations:
We will disclose your personal information to any a third party if we are required to do so by law or we in good faith believe that such action is necessary to (1) comply with the law or with legal process; (2) protect and defend our rights and property or prevent fraud; (3) protect against abuse, misuse or unauthorized use of WordsofSeductioncom' service; or (4) protect the personal safety or property of our members or the public (among other things, this means that if you provide false or deceptive registration information or attempt to pose as someone else, information about you -- including your computer's IP address -- may be disclosed to a third party (including the recipient of an email) as part of any type of investigation into your actions.)
Agents:
From time to time, we may employ other companies and individuals to provide functions and perform services on our behalf. Examples of these functions may include, but are not limited to, fulfilling orders, credit card payments and email delivery management. These agents have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and not for any other purposes and are bound by confidentiality agreements not to disclose any information for any other purpose.
Sale of assets:
WordsofSeductioncom may transfer its customer database, including personal information contained therein, to a third party who acquires all or substantially all of the assets or stock of WordsofSeductioncom whether by merger, acquisition, reorganization or otherwise.
Greeting card information:
When you send one of our online cards, the information you provide to us is used to customize your card with the recipient's name and with your message, and to deliver an email notification to the recipient. We treat our online cards as private correspondence between the sender and the recipient and will not disclose the contents of an online card other than to the intended recipient, except as described in this statement (see Legal Requirements and Investigations above). In addition, an IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you are using your browser on the Internet. The servers that serve our website automatically identify your computer by its IP address. We do log IP addresses, but we do not link the IP addresses to individual accounts or to personally identify our customers for any reason, except in instances of abuse, misuse or unauthorized use of our service. If we, in good faith, determine that you have provided a false email address, used our service to menace, threaten, harass, intimidate or otherwise deceptively posed as another person on our service, your actions will be investigated and your IP address may be disclosed to the recipient of any email, their legal counsel or representatives, and law enforcement officials as part of such an investigation. (See above and Legal Requirements and Investigations). Under normal circumstances, we will not monitor or edit the contents of the online cards you send. On occasion, however, WordsofSeductioncom personnel may need to view your message in connection with the technical processing of your greeting or the maintenance of our network. Also, if you ask one of our customer service representatives to help you send a card or to verify that a card was sent, that representative will be able to access all information about the card, including the recipient's email address and the message

WordsofSeductioncom does not use cookies at this time.
Security:
If you join WordsofSeductioncom, the username and password you use will allow you login access to a 'members only' section. You should not disclose your password to anyone else and you are responsible for its secrecy. No one from WordsofSeductioncom will ever ask you for your password over the phone or in an unsolicited email. Infact, WordsofSeductioncom has no way of accessing your password. In the case that your username and/or password is lost, WordsofSeductioncom will assign you a new one.
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' collected information. When users submit personal information via our website, such information will be protected offline and online as described in this statement. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted by our agents (http://www.iBill.com) and protected with industry standard encryption software. While on a secure page, such as an order form for a digital gift certificate, the lock icon on the bottom of the browser (such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Explorer) becomes locked.
We, or our agents on our behalf, do everything in our power to protect your information offline as well. Where one of our partners or agents has access to or maintains sensitive personal information, we enter into confidentiality agreements in order to ensure the privacy of such user information. Internally, access to all of our members' personally identifiable information is restricted to those employees who need access in order to fulfill their job responsibilities. Our employees with such access have password-protected computer terminals so that only they may access such information.
Notification of changes:
WordsofSeductioncom may revise this privacy policy from time to time and reserves the right to do so.
