Q) Is Words of Seduction.com really any different from other 'story' sites?
A) Very much so! Words of Seduction.com is a communication device, not a simple story telling site. Members use the material in Words of Seduction.com to capture, excite and sustain the interest of other people in whom they are interested. Words of Seduction.com members are not reclusive souls seeking entertainment in isolation, they are enthusiastic participants in life who wish to experience the warmth, or should we say the heat, of their fellow humans.
Q) How do you define eroticism?
A) Eroticism is experience or anticipatory excitement of a sensuous nature. It can be merely suggestive or highly explicit, but eroticism draws on the complexities of passion and emotion for its appeal. It is distinct from pornography in that pornography seeks to stimulate through simple, gross depictions of sex acts and/or sex organs. In our view, pornography is to eroticism as graffiti is to fine art.
Q) What is a vignette?
A) At Words of Seduction.com a Vignette is an illustration of eroticism that uses words as its primary medium, but that also offers a selection of artwork as a complement to the words.
Q) What do you mean by the term personalized?
A) Our Vignettes are designed to allow Words of Seduction.com members to personalize them with names and other characteristics of their choosing. The result is a work of eroticism that the recipient finds written especially for him or her. Send one and you will find the response you get about as personalized as they come.
Q) Can I make more changes to a vignette than it is programmed to accept?
A) Well, how personalized would our personalization option be if you couldn't? When your story comes up in the preview area you can edit it as you can any document on your computer - copy, paste, insert, delete and even print. Once the vignette (or sentiment, or whatever) is on your computer, you are at liberty to have your way with it (Oooh, we like the sound of that!).
Q) Can I personalize the sentiments?
A) The sentiments are not set up for personalization at Words of Seduction.com the way vignettes are, but members may personalize them by including their own sweet words, to their own sweet someone. The Site Sprite(wizard) will show you how.
Q) Can I send a personalised story to someone by regular post?
A) Of course! In fact, as you begin to think about special stationery and other personal touches you can add from your computer, the possibilities for reducing your desired one to a state of frenzy to see you multiply very quickly. Let the Site Sprite guide you through the steps, then, when your Vignette comes up in the edit window, cut- copy -paste into you favorite text editor and you are on your way!
Q) How often will new material be posted?
A) Every two weeks at a minimum, but Jim and Polly reserve the right to introduce updates more frequently. They do so enjoy writing of their experiences.
Q) Who are Jim and Polly?
A) Jim and Polly are the digital hosts of Words of Seduction.com. More than that, they are expressions of the irrepressible free spirits that refuse to be crushed under the wheels of monotony or weight of 'proper' social convention. They are a confluence of love, lust and irreverent mischief that unhinge self-consciousness and inevitably appear in freshly rumpled clothes, sporting tellingly disheveled hair. They are the ones everybody's parents have warned them about.
Q) Do you accept guest submissions?
A) We gladly accept guest submissions, but reserve the right to refuse any that are not in keeping with Words of Seduction.com's stylistic character or quality standards. Also, we only accept guest submissions from Words of Seduction.com members.
Q) How do I cancel my subscription?
A) Should this most sad and unlikely day come, you may email us using the 'Contact Us' button on the site's home page, inserting 'Cancel Subscription' in the subject line. Your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current month.
